Kalendar is an online appointment scheduling application. It gives your business a booking page where clients pick a free time themselves, then handles the confirmation, the reminders, the client record, the payment and your calendar. It supports several appointment types, automations, multiple locations, teams and integrations with the tools you already use.

No. Kalendar runs entirely in the browser, and your clients need nothing at all — just the link. There is also an Android app for notifications and quick changes on the move.

Yes. Traffic runs over HTTPS, data is encrypted at rest, and a backup is taken every day. Every change is recorded in an activity log, and permissions decide who can see what. Kalendar only ever creates entries in your connected calendar — it never edits or deletes what is already there.

Yes. Our team provides technical support by email and phone, and there is a help centre with guides.

Extended support, or work to customise the application for you, is charged separately depending on what you need.

You start on a free plan that does not expire. Paid plans start at 13 € per month billed annually, or 16 € monthly, and go up depending on how many people you are and how much of the product you need. Each plan includes a number of users, and extra people are charged per head on top.

You pay inside the application by card or PayPal, and you can change plan or stop at any time without losing your data.

Yes. The application works on phones and tablets, the booking page is built for a phone screen, and there is an Android app that sends you a notification the moment a booking arrives or is cancelled.

Yes. Automations send confirmations, reminders and follow-ups by email to your clients and to your own people, at whatever timing you choose. On a paid plan the same messages can go out as an SMS. You also get push notifications on the mobile app.

Yes, with no obligation. Your account returns to the free plan and you keep your data.

Yes. Google and Microsoft 365 calendars, Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams for online meetings, Gmail and Microsoft 365 for sending email, and Viva Wallet and PayPal for payments. There is also a documented REST API, and any workflow can call a webhook.

On a paid plan you can also connect an Apifon account and text your clients.

Yes. Connect your own Viva Wallet or PayPal account, set a price on an appointment type, and the client pays the fee or a deposit while booking. The money goes straight into your account — Kalendar never holds it.

Yes, if you allow it. Enable rescheduling on an appointment type and clients move their booking from their own private page, within the notice period you set, instead of calling to cancel.

Yes. The application and every booking page are available in Greek and English, and you choose which language a given booking page uses.

Create an account, choose your line of work, and Kalendar sets up your services, durations, booking questions and client fields for you. Adjust what you want and share your link — most people are taking bookings the same day.

Yes. You write your own forms — a GDPR notice, terms of cooperation, consent declarations — and attach them to whichever appointment types need them. Clients read and accept them while booking, and where you ask for it they sign with a finger or a mouse.

Every signature is stored with the exact text that was read, the date, the time and the IP address, and downloads as a PDF from the client’s record. If you change the wording, Kalendar asks for a fresh signature at the next appointment.

Yes, on any paid plan. Connect your own Apifon account and Kalendar texts your clients the booking confirmation, the reminder, a cancellation, a change of time, or a booking still waiting to be paid — alongside the emails it already sends. You choose which of those go out, and you edit the wording of each one in Greek and in English.

The messages are sent under your own approved sender name, and Apifon charges you for them directly.
