Datanetic Solutions with the application Kalendar – a product of the first – puts the protection of your personal data at the forefront. We respect all your personal information such as first name, last name, first and last name of home or business, VAT number, e-mail addresses, business email addresses, etc. Protection and security methods are both the common philosophy of our staff regarding protection policy privacy practices as well as practices based on the concept of privacy, such as anonymization, pseudonymization, and data encryption.

How we use your personal information

Your personal data may be used to inform you about new services of the Kalendar application, to answer your questions, requests or any complaints, to improve the safe operation of the online services of the application, to define and formalize the contract between us and its terms as well as to conduct business transactions with you, for any legal interest concerning us or third parties. In addition to settling any accounting, financial or tax liabilities. In the latter case the relevant accountants, legal and business consultants are committed to the safe processing of your personal data.

Google, Microsoft and Zoom Integrations

For connecting with external applications or accounts such as Google, Microsoft, and Zoom, we use your data exclusively for the operation and functionality of the application. We will not disclose or share your data with third parties, except where necessary to provide the requested functionality or where required by law.

For the integration with Google and Microsoft calendars, we use the respective integrations only to create Events in your calendars. We will never delete or modify existing Events or calendars.

For the Gmail integration and email sending functionality, the application uses only the data and permissions necessary to send emails following an action or instruction from the user. Access to Google accounts is performed through the secure OAuth 2.0 authorization mechanism, and we do not store users' Google passwords.

We apply appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect data accessed through the Gmail integration. These measures include encryption of data in transit, secure storage and protection of authentication credentials and access tokens, strict access controls, and limiting access to data only to authorized systems and personnel who require it to provide the requested functionality. Where Gmail authentication tokens are stored, they are protected using encryption at rest and are not accessible to unauthorized users or third parties.

Gmail data is used solely to provide the email-sending functionality requested by the user. We do not use Gmail data for advertising, profiling, or any unrelated purpose, and we do not sell or share Gmail data with third parties.

The use of the Kalendar application and the transfer of information obtained from Google APIs to any other application will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
